The pics don’t do this dress justice! Worn once! Deep navy Kirribilla dress size 4 (runs small-I’m a 2). Open back with ruffle details around the neck w/gold button. 100% cotton but material resembles “pique”, but lightweight. Fitted top, fuller skirt.
