Beautiful black and floral chiffon fit and flare dress from designer brand Kirna Zabete’s 2012 sold-out collection for Target. Dress is in excellent used condition, no visible wear. Worn fewer than a handful of times and well-loved and cared for. Dress is great quality, well-made, and constructed to last. 100% poly. There are belt loops but no belt included. This dress has a 90s-early 2000s feel that is everywhere now.
