Kirat BNWT 1X sky blue dress with jacket

This is an incredible brand new Kirat size 1X sky blue dress with matching jacket. Made from cotton in India, the dress features a super stretchy rouched tube top that flows out to a multi-tiered, delicately-embroidered skirt with a matching underskirt. The jacket features the same pretty embroidery and has a button closure. The color is amazing! Such a beautiful blue! 💙 The rouched top measures 15" across unstretched and about 30" across stretched. The bolero measures 24" pit to pit.
