rfalkowitz @deroh64 from my research it is from a mine in the Cerbat Mountains (approximate 14 miles from Kingman Arizona), per the supplier I purchased the stone from it is a Kingman turquoise (Turquoise really is a beautiful stone, each one is unique and comes in sooo many different color variations depending on where it is mined from and even varies if from the same mine) Let me know if you have any other questions and I will do my best to answer
