There is a thick elastic band around the bottom that I have cut. See photos for the wholes, 2 on the inside and one on the back. The elastic is sewn in so it’s still there. I have another almost identical - also on poshmark that has no elastic. I’m not sure why this one does. But it was so tight to wear it was unbearable, hence the cutting.
