Great under suit Kimmie Kakes navy dressy vest. On the left underarm area the seams are slightly pulled area in 1 small half inch section. On the inside lining bottom left the lining has a large tear. Doesnt show from the outside while wearing. Can be hand stitched closed. 17" chest 22.5" length
