Kimchi Blue lace slip dress

Gray and white lace slip dress by Kimchi Blue, purchased from Urban Outfitters. Sheer lace panel with button detail on the top in front. Sheer lace skirt with gray underlay on the bottom. I bought this a few years ago, but it has never been worn because it is too tight for me across the chest. I’m a 32D. I think this would best fit an A or B cup, perhaps a small C.
