Kimchi Blue XS Embellished Mini Dress

Never worn Kimchi Blue embellished mini dress in size XS. It does have a loose thread at the bottom and a small rip by the tag. Fits true to size. Hits about mid thigh. The embellishments are great quality and the dress is actually quite heavy!
