Kimchi Blue Urban Outfitters Silk Tunic/Dress

Beautiful V-neck wrap tunic/dress. I'm taller 5'10" and wore it as a tunic and got many compliments. The color is a really rich purple blue with an off- white pattern. It is a dress however, so if you're not as tall as I am it would like fab like that too! Hand Wash. 100% Silk.
