Kimchi Blue Tiered Flower Dress (Size Small)

This dress is so sweet and fits very nicely. It has 3 tiers of fabric that are very flattering and a nice neck line. There is some wear in the middle on the neck piece where some string has become undone (picture included) but it’s not noticeable when worn and can be easily fixed. The lining underneath is shorter than the tiered fabric so it would look best on someone 5 4 and below. (I am 5 4, 135 pounds and it fits nicely)
