Kimchi Blue Stardust Skater Skirt

Brand new, came without a tag but the small bag of extra sequins is attached. Chiffon, raw cutoff hem, pull-on waist with gathered elastic at back, lined. Metallic sequins and beads. Color is ivory (second and third photos capture the color best). Waist laid flat is about 10.5", length is about 16”, and hem is about 21". Please note there are some loose threads and a couple small spots of yellow on the front.
