Flowy romper/short jumpsuit/playsuit from Urban Outfitters. Navy with off-white/cream polka dots and design. Lace up tie back, sweetheart neckline, buttons down middle. Last button missing (finger pointing at location in pic #5) but it is not noticeable and doesn't affect functionality of romper. Shorts are very flowy and kinda looks like a dress when you're wearing it! This is my favorite romper I've ever owned but I just don't wear it often. Last photo is me (5'2", 124 lbs, 32D, size 2ish).
