Kimberly C. Sweater Leggings in Teal, NWT The tag simply says Plus Size, however, they don't look Plus Size to me! They look closer to a size M to me, please see measurements. They have a soft, cozy brown lining. They are a thicker, sweater type material and do have some stretch. 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex
