mamashirl4 @nycballin It’s not a new Abby III London Fog bag. There were no tags attached. It has been used before. The bag itself is functional. Perhaps we can work out something on the price I paid for a new one to a lesser $ amount? In other words…a refund of some money option. Also, deeply disappointed in the way you packaged to send.

nycballin @mamashirl4 it is brand new, I’m sorry about the scruffs on the wheels i had some issues transporting it to the post office (wanted to have it out to you as soon as possible) but you can return it and I’ll probably sell it for more.

nycballin @mamashirl4 also, packaging a suitcase that would be more appealing to the eye costs more $$$ and I believe you negotiated the price a bit, after poshmark fees my profit is $3.40. I made it work though! and the tags should be tucked in the front zipper if it’s not attached to the front. Sometimes it falls off from shipping and handling.

mamashirl4 @nycballin You could and should have refused my offer if you truly thought you’d get more $$ for it. There were no original Addie III documents included and a left over tag of a purchased item was inside so someone had used it before I received it. It’s a nice bag. I see you have others to sell as being new and they are also shown with original tags. Are they new? If you would consider a lower price for this particular bag I would cancel the return.

nycballin @mamashirl4 It’s not used, I just had a hard time getting it to the shipping center because the post office was closed. I really did go above and beyond, I’m sorry it didn’t reach your expectations. I just sold the same bag for $120. Please go through with the return.

nycballin @mamashirl4 the left over tag was probably from the other items I shipped that day, which isn’t ideal but neither was going to 2 different locations to ship out my poshmark goodies. I’m really sorry about all of this and I hope you do end up keeping the luggage but if not it’s truly going to go to the next person who ordered it. I’ve shipped out a lot of these in the past few weeks. I haven’t had anyone send one back.
