Kim Rogers Spring skirt & top set size SP/MP

Cute and very Springy skirt and blouse set by Kim Rogers. Top is a beautiful yellow with ruffles. Color is hard to capture but it’s bright. Comes in a size MP. Skirt has an elastic waistband with ruffles and comes in a size SP. Gorgeous colors!
