New without tags. Super cute set, so comfortable! I ordered the wrong size and had already removed tags before I tried on. My loss is your gain. Both top and leggings in size medium. I’m usually a medium in leggings and they are a bit big so prob would fit a medium/large perfect. Lots of stretch, made to hug curves.
