Black tight-fitting pencil skirt by Killstar with ruffles on the lower hem, halter straps for a tight fit and elaborate Victorian-style lacing at the back. There is a 24 cm zipper on the right side for an easy dressing. Composition: material No. 1 - 72% rayon, 24% nylon, 4% elastane, material No. 2 - 90% nylon, 10% elastane. Size M - waist 34” length 67” New with tags; sadly did not fit me.
