Gorgeous velvet dress from Killstar. Unfortunately- cap sleeves make me look like an overgrown Victorian child- so to combat this I do usually pick out the elastic sleeve seams when possible. You’ll notice that the original elastic seam has been cut on the sleeves. It is not noticeable at all IMO. But this is reflected in the price as the dress is brand new apart from that alteration. Size M but could fit a small also. Has two buttons for the collar on the back. Waist has a corset style tie on the back.
