Kika Junior Blue Chiffon Dress

Precious, sleeveless blue dress with an unequal ruffled chiffon layers in the front. Slightly pleated bodice and a ribbon bow ties in the back. Lined skirt which is tea length. My daughter wore for her 5th grade graduation. She loved wearing it because its comfortable and flowy.
