Kids size 8, Black and White sort of formal dress

Black netting top layer, with solid material underneath. Netty, and skirtish, white bottom. The inside of the dress is made of silk. Was worn maybe 5 times by my daughter when she was in 3rd grade. She is in 5th now and gasn't worn it since.
