chantellalina @mtaguilar Hi love! Yes I would recommend, My daughter is normally a size 1 but I sized up to a 2 so she can have a little room to grow. Ex. This picture is my daughter wearing the size 2.

mtaguilar @chantellalina OKAY THANKS. BUT SO THEY RUN SMALL? CAUSE MY DAUGHTER IS AN ADULT BUT HAS A VERY SMALL FOOT SHE WEARS A SIZE 2. SHE IS SHORT IN HEIGHT. SHE IS ONLY 4’7” TALL.

chantellalina @mtaguilar Yes they run small. If she is normally a size 2 I would definitely size up to a size 3 love.
