Kids hip hop dance shoe light up size 9

Black toddler dance shoe, light up soles controlled with button in shoe. Rechargeable. Excellent condition although one of the laces is fraying shown in photos. Receipt says size 9.5, I am listing as size 9 as I feel they ran extremely small. Only worn indoors for class.
