This is an Old Navy reproduction of a 1992 "Mondo Bizarro" tour shirt, which I'm sure all the preschoolers were wearing at the time. Soft fabric and tag-less collar. A great shirt if your kid has sensory issues like mine in terms of scratchy fabrics- but not loud rock music.
