Kid’s Cotton Virginia Beach gray and light blue T-shirt. Size L. New condition

Basix light gray T-shirt with blue lettering “Virginia Beach”. This is a kid’s size. The tag says L/XL, but I want to be clear it is very small so please review the photo measurements. Worn once. Great condition!
