Preowned and used. Has wear as shown especially on the furniture. 1. Furniture has markings with markers, some maybe not included compared to the original. 2. Helipad has a rip 3. Helicopter has a broken foot 4. Front fire station sign came off, could be put back on with better screws or wood glue. Original screws were so small it didn't hold up. it caused cracking at the hole too. I put the sign on top just for display but it's not installed. 5.
