Roughly 12x9x3.5". One key with padded inside. Very minor surface scratches from moving it off and on shelves for storage. Great shape. Not fire rates that I know off but is all metal.

@pam_glam...hello! And good evening! This is not considered a safe, but is a lockable keyed storage box. So as far as security it's definitely tamper resistant but if you took a sledge hammer to it, I don't think it pass that test. The 2 inside grey foam inserts are 100% removable to re-configure the inside for your needs.

@pam_glam Also if you reference the pictures in listing you'll see that it is equipped with 1/4" holes in the back of the box to allow you to bolt, or screw the box down to a solid object for added security. Once secured to another support i.e. a workbench, cinder blocks, or concrete structure of any kind the heads of the hardware are inside the locked box keeping would be takers of the box very difficult to tamper with the bokts or screws.
