This is a Clerks figure from the "Inactive Figures" line of action figures. An action figure of Kevin Smith himself (NOT his character, Silent Bob), and it was autographed by Kevin Smith. This was a View Askew Exclusive figure. This was a gift many years ago, so I have no idea as to where it was purchased, etc. Some box wear and creasing from storage/shelf display.
