Kestan Embroidered Floral Lace White Blue Off-Shoulder Top

This beautiful top has a white background and lining, blue threading in a lovely floral print. Never worn but I did take the tags off, no flaws. From a boutique ethical/sustainable brand in Orange County, CA. Has loops at inside shoulders area for straps I’m assuming, but this did not come with straps and I’ve only ever seen it worn without. Approx measurements Pit-to-pit 17.5” unstretched Waist flat 28” Length from center of back to hem 16.5”
