lauracturner @cswhitchurch yes! It is approx 22” wide from armpit to armpit (chest) in the front and back And approx 23” at the hem in the front and back (46” around at hem) The length is 19.5” from the middle of the neck to the bottom hem Length from shoulder to the hem is approx 23”

lauracturner It also runs pretty accurate to a large. Not super big because I normally wear Medium and Large in various brands. There is elastic at the wrists so you may adjust the sleeve length easily by just pushing up the sleeves.
