Kenzie dress

This navy blue Kenzie dress does it all! It zips like a three quarter loose turtleneck, ties to cinch the collar and has two giant pockets!! Has small and loose caps leaves. Great alone (short though) but perfect with tights or leggings. Make me an offer!
