Kentucky Derby Red Rose Dress & Hat

This is an outfit that I put together for the Kentucky Derby (also called “Run for the Roses”)- so very on theme and appropriate! The dress is from Fashion Nova, size Medium. It originally came open in the front which I thought was too revealing, so it had it altered to close it up. It has a halter top that buttons at the neck and ties in the back. There is a slit in the back and the fabric on the bottom is nice and stretchy. The hat—THE HAT! It’s so amazing and was a custom make by a UK based Etsy seller, She did a great job with it and it matched the dress *almost* exactly. It was very expensive (see receipt) hence the price here but you won’t regret it- it’s such an amazing and eye grabbing combo. The feathers are soft and have great movement. The best part of this outfit is that it got me photographed for the NY Post AND USA Today (See Video)!!
