Kensie Tulle Ballerina Style Skirt

This cute black Kensie skirt is made of two layers of tulle fabric over a solid black lining. The waistband is faux leather on the front and elastic in the back. The length is 25". There are a couple of runs in the fabric that are hardly noticeable but are shown in pics. Also shown is impressions in waistband from hanger. This is a Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! Skirt!
