Kensie Dress

Great with leggings- this double layer tank dress is great to wear with leggings, or even without leggings! Would look super cute with some army boots or otk boots! Top layer is shorter than bottom, for a ruffle-like hem(see third pic). Tag says hand wash- I'm sure you could throw it in the washing machine.
