Kenneth Jay Lane Breast Cancer Awareness Miniature Shoe Pin, designed by Stine Heilmann based on a KJL shoe design, for the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY). Sold on QVC from 1990-92 to promote breast cancer research & education. This pin features a 925 silver high-heeled pump decorated with pink calla lilies, and is wrapped in a coral ribbon, all done in acrylic resin enamel. Slight tarnishing on the underside. Comes with original box.
