Kenneth Cole skirt NWOT

One of rare Kenneth Cole 🖊 pencil skirt. In excellent condition. Very attractive black abstract design on gray background. Low rise but it will stay at the vest-line. It is 33” vest, wide 2” vest band, an it is 17” long. Side zipper. Fully lined. Back slit. It is 51% cotton, 39% polyester, and 10% metallic; the black design has some metallic tread giving a slight shine.
