Quality fabric with leather trim. Padded interior in light gray. Two Large compartment plus zipper pouch under front flap with has light green mark as circled in the picture. Smaller compartment to organize office supplies on one side and mesh zipper pouch on the other, Plus zipper pockets on both outer front and back panels. Very functional and Classy bag no other flaw than the green mark being shown and circled. It is lightly used and very functiional.
