Kenneth Cole Reaction destressed blue jean pencil skirt. It buttons down in front and has front pockets. It also has belt loops around waist and split in back of skirt. 99% cotton and 1% spandex. Machine wash. Size 6, waist flat across 15", hip 18" flat across but has plenty of stretch, length 20". In great pre worn condition.
