Kenneth Cole Reaction Black Ruffle Dress, Size XL. This adorable, pre-loved black, ruffle dress has an elastic empire waist and is very figure flattering. In the pictures, you can see that there is an area on the front that has worn thin, but when on, it is hardly noticeable. There is also some slight thread pulling on the back elastic as shown in the picture. This lovely dress is 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
