Soft leather in crocodile design Only minor signs of wear one pic shoes on the crossbody strap and the back photo of bag a small stain like could possibly come out I’m not sure! Otherwise inside is nice and outside is nice leather great the hand held handle perfect the strap is great minus the one nick which is nothing! Great bag if u need to carry books or laptop etc..
