Kenn Sporn Wippette Raincoat Vinyl Black Neon

Vintage vinyl black and neon raincoat manufactured by Kenn Sporn during the 1980s. Its base is black with green seams, blue snaps, yellow decor, and pink inner cuffs/collar. There's also shoulder pads and breathing holes in the armpits. Lying flat, it measures about 27" armpit to armpit, 29" zipper top to bottom, with 19" sleeves. No noticed rips or holes, but there are two small slits to the right wrist cuff shown in the photos.
