Kenmore Vintage Ultra-Stitch 6 Sewing Machine 158.1340281 Works W/ Pedal Tested

This is a great vintage, heavy duty, Kenmore sewing machine. It has an integrated bobbin winder, and is a free arm for sewing cuffs and narrower circular items. This machine can be used in a cabinet or sitting table top. It is in excellent condition the machine has been very well cared for and is a real workhorse. The machine was recently cleaned and oiled. This machine is very easy to operate. You simply turn the dial for the stitch you want. It has a great straight stitch, multiple zigzag stitches, and built-in button hole function. It is easy to thread, and very easy to operate, the machine is metal and is very solid. I have used it to sew denim, leather and multiple layers of canvas fabric. Don’t waste your money on a new plastic junk machine that do not last -you can’t beat these old workhorse machines. The machine includes a bobbin as well as the power cord and foot pedal. Also included our two extra bobbins, two extra needles, a brand new tape measure, a brand, new seam, ripper, a needle, threader, and a zipper foot. Other than a few scratches on the machine, it’s in great condition. Although this is a Kenmore machine, these were actually made by Janome, an excellent sewing machine manufacturer that has been around forever and make some of the nicest machines out there. The machine also has dual thread capability that allows you to sew with two colors with the double needle, or you can wind your bobbin without having to re-thread your machine by using a second spool.
