Hi there! Is this a true small or does it fit smaller? Any shrinkage? Thanks!

Hi! It is a true small, though it does have a little give because of the knit.
It is 30% wool, so if laundered on high settings I'm sure it would shrink (I would launder in a garment bag on delicate cycle and lie flat to dry.)
