Super soft, has almost a Terry cloth feeling inside. Off-white and a Heather navy on the outside. Missing the drawstring and it has a few tiny stains (see pics) but other than that it has been very gently worn and washed. From a smoke-free pet-friendly home.

warmfuzzies08 @glamchick_001 It is not fitted (I can't try it on, it's too small for me)- length to the top of the side slots is 17", length to the bottom of hemline is 18.5".

warmfuzzies08 I think in terms of cut, it's an elastic waistline with more of a flared cut than I think a tight skirt would be. My guess would be that it would be fitted at the top where the elastic hits and loose on the legs at the bottom.
