kmay95 @taraashley04 hey! It is used. It’s in great shape, but there are a few minor scratches on the gold ends. Kendra Scott has a lifetime warranty though, so if it scratches any more and you’re not satisfied with it, they will replace it for free!

taraashley04 I already had this necklace and the leather broke after a lot of wear. They no longer sell it so it cannot be replaced.
