kanastassakis I previously purchased a necklace from you but within a month it has tarnished and gold plating is coming off. Actual KS necklaces do not to this. Please reach out, as this is the only way I was able to message you.

_karenw @kanastassakis Hi these are all authentic. Kendra Scott's necklace are quite easily tarnished if not protected well as they are using environmental friendly materials. I saw a lot of comments on their website about tarnishing necklaces too. Please do remember to clean it after wear and take it off before exercising.
