Kenar stretch dress

Brand new royal blue Kenar dress. Sleeveless razor back. Hi lo cut on the bottom. The length from the top of the neck to the bottom (on the back) is just about 41 inches. Soft fabric in a beautiful color. Waist stretches to about 18/19 inches.
