Kenar black and white dress

Short sleeve black top with black and white patterned bottom with an elastic 3 inch belt with patten faux leather. Has side slit pockets on each side of the skirt. The material has spandex so has some give and is a bit of a heavyweight fabric. The zipper as in the pictures opens to the waist. Worn twice
