This georgous black pencil skirt made by Kenar is in great condition! Perfect for a basic business casual outfit or you could also dress this up for a more preppy look too. Women's size 6. Seems to be a very cute fitted style of pencil skirt. There is a zip and button closure on the back side. There doesn't seem to be stretch to the fabric, so I am estimating that this is true to size.
