Kelly's Kids sz 5/6 skirt

This blue gingham skirt is embroidered with blue and yellow flowers and has built in shorts underneath. The waistband is flat front measuring 10 1/2 inches across but elastic in the back. It is 11 inches long. This skirt is in great condition. We are a smoke free and pet free home!
