Kelly Green Long Sleeve Tunic with Embroidery

No tag. Length is 30”; could be a very short mini for anyone closer to 5’. Tunic length for those taller. Shoulders measure across. Cute tassle ties and embroidery’s at end of balloon sleeves. Medium is best guesstimate for sizing. I’m 5’2” and 190lb, short torso, and usually a L-XL. This is snug through the shoulders/bust for me. Likely vintage so condition reflects that.
